Since 2013, he has served as a Sales Associate, and now a Senior Vice President with TTR Sotheby's International Realty, where he is recognized as a Top 100 agent, in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

A graduate of the prestigious Cooper Union School of Architecture in New York City, Theo brings a deep understanding of homes, and passes on his expertise through sound advice (at no additional cost) to his buyer and seller clients. Theo holds several esteemed designations, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).
